He works with C-level executives to provide insight into current operations, advise on potential changes that could positively affect the business and or its financial landscape, and provides a “second set of eyes” to ensure that the company is operating in the proper way as it relates to efficiency, finances, compliance, security, and continuity.
Cloud Envisioning & Transformation
Jim works with clients to understand current technological needs from a product or functionality perspective, leads the effort to create a strategic vision, present to primary stakeholders, and put that plan into action enabling cost savings and increased function.
Team In-Sourcing
In many cases, clients have a desire to build an internal team, but are not well-versed in identifying and recruiting the right talent nor managing the team for success. Jim assists clients in building those internal teams, implementing the proper processes and metrics, and operationalizing the team for future success.
Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures
Jim assists clients with various aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process including deal review, economics review, due diligence, migration, and operations. He also assists clients that are looking to spin off or sell a portion of their existing business,
Crisis Management
On the occasion that a client has a disaster or a breach, Jim works with his clients to address the immediate issue. This can include efforts such as deploying a strike team, acute issue resolution, threat actor negotiations & payment delivery, after-action reporting and presentation, and future planning production.
